This programme has been developed to focus on the development of technical and soft skills to allow for progression to study at Level 3, either through a T Level or an apprenticeship. You will complete technical modules, personal and social development and a work placement. The programme is made up of the following elements:
In addition to the elements outlined above, you would also complete the following components on your study programme, and these will help you ensure you have the necessary skills and experience to successfully transfer onto the T Level course in Education & Childcare.
Upon satisfactory completion of the course, you will be able to progress directly onto the Level 3 T Level in Education & Childcare.
Over the three years of your T Level journey, you will gain a range of skills
and substantial experience of working for employers which will give you a number
of progression options, including degree programmes at university, skilled
employment in more senior roles or higher-level apprenticeships that offer
honours degrees as part of the programme.
