How to apply

The Course

In the current economic climate in can be expensive to conduct minor repairs or to renovate your property. The level 1 award in electrical installation is ideal for anybody wishing to gain the knowledge and skills required to maintain your home and will provide you with practical skills and a basic understanding of the operation of domestic circuits such as lighting circuits and socket circuits, as well as other essential skills required to keep your home energy efficient. Completion of this course could enable you to progress on to a full Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations.

After successfull completion of this course you could progress onto a higher level course at the College. We also have a variety of other part-time courses in this and other areas.
