This course focuses on supervising restaurant service,
functions and events. You will learn about health & safety, promoting
food and beverage products, customer service performance, legislation,
preparing and serving food and beverages and matching food with
beverages. The course will cover both practical and theory work and will include
working off-site at various college events.
