How to apply

The Course

This qualification is ideal for students who wish to gain a better insight into stress and the effects it can have. As well as improving your understanding of stress, you will also study its causes and the effects stress can have on health. You will learn to recognise the signs and symptoms of stress and look at ways of preventing or reducing stress.
