The Course

Ready to take your vehicle maintenance skills to the next level? Join us for our 8-week advanced course, designed for graduates of our basic vehicle maintenance course (lasting 6 weeks).

Our weekly classes, held Tuesdays from 1pm to 7pm, expand on your previous knowledge to give you experience in a larger range of vehicle systems such as:

• Steering systems: Learning the basics of how to check, change and adjust your steering system. 
• Vehicle electrics: Understand the fundamentals of electrical systems in your vehicle, including bulbs, wiring, fuses, and circuit breakers.
• Petrol and diesel ignition systems: Master the ins and outs of ignition systems, including how to replace spark plugs and high tension wires and diagnose issues with the coil and distributor.
• Cooling and heating: Learn how to keep your engine cool and your cabin warm with proper maintenance of cooling system components, such as the radiator and water pump. 

Our experienced instructors will provide hands-on training and guidance every step of the way. By the end of the course, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to tackle a wide range of advanced vehicle maintenance tasks.
