This qualification has been designed to meet the needs of students and employers across the manufacturing industry. If you are looking for career progression within the industrial workplace, or wish to learn additional knowledge relevant to the workplace, then this qualification may be for you. This Vocationally Related Qualification (VRQ) supports delivery of the knowledge requirements of the mandatory units of Level 2 Performing Engineering Operations, Performing Manufacturing Operations and Marine Engineering NVQs.
This course should take approximately two to four months to complete. There are five units in total:
This is a remote learning course which is completed via paper-based learning and an online assessment. Throughout the course you will complete a ‘self-study’ booklet. The final assessment will be an online multiple-choice test based on the content of the workbook.

There are no formal entry requirements for this course; however, a good level of English is required. Due to the nature of this qualification, you must be in relevant industry employment to enrol onto this course.
