How to apply

The Course

During your study you will cover the following areas:

  • Health and safety legislation
  • Environmental legislation
  • Practices and procedures for overseeing and organising the work environment
  • Principles of planning and selection for the installation of electrotechnical equipment and systems
  • Practices and procedures for the preparation and installation of wiring systems and electrotechnical equipment
  • Cable termination
  • Inspection and testing
  • Fault finding and electrical principles

You may see a fee attached to the course you’re interested in, but if you’re aged 19+ you’ll more than likely be eligible to enrol onto an adult course for FREE.
