The Course

This course is designed for people working in a customer service related role or those who would like to develop knowledge of this area prior to commencing employment. The focus of the course will be on managing customer service information, understanding different types of customer service and customer service delivery.

This is a fully online qualification and the cost is £100. You will be given between 3 and 5 months to complete this qualification.

The course will cover the following units, understanding:
