The Course

This is a 2 week tailored learning course learning how classic flambe dishes and pairing suitable wines with them.

Learn new and classic techniques that blends the craft of wine and food together into one symbiotic partnership. Experience firsthand of a more performative side of food or to find the perfect accompaniment for your food whilst enhancing your flavours to another dimension.

There are no entry requirements. This course is for students 19+.
There is a variety of short courses available that could allow you to explore another skill. You could progress on to Level 2 General Bakery and Patisserie or Level 2 Professional Cookery.
