The course also covers essential skills and knowledge for anyone looking to understand the basics of brickwork. Key topics include health and safety in construction, how to use and maintain bricklaying tools, and the correct mixing of mortars and additives. Students will explore different types of bricks, blocks, and bonds, as well as how to build corners, apply various jointing methods, and use levels and lines for accurate builds.
