This course provides a clear understanding of the principles and practices of exceptional customer service. By the end of this course, participants will have developed a foundation of knowledge in key areas such as effective communication, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction. This will enable them to deliver outstanding service experiences and foster positive interactions in their personal and professional lives.
On completion students may wish to undertake additional short courses in coaching and mentoring, communication and confidedentiality or coaching and mentoring.
