The Course

Music Production students will work extensively with the College record label, the in-house local radio station and the media department to develop their skills for professional employment in the music and audio/visual industry.

Lecturers on the course offer their professional expertise to deliver a largely practical focus including: recording, sequencing, live sound technical work and sound manipulation, whilst providing essential grounding in theoretical elements.

There are no formal examinations on this course but you will be expected to complete some formative testing and on-line assessment. Students will be expected to complete a portfolio of work that demonstrates their skills as an audio engineer.
