The Access to HE Diploma (Computing) course will provide you with the underpinning skills for academic study and you will gain a Level 3 qualification. You will have the opportunity to develop skills which will enable progression to a range of degree-level programmes within the sector.
You will complete mandatory units which cover an introduction to computing and programming as well as maths for computing, which is an important element of any computing programme. You will be able to research an area of interest to you in more depth. You will also study a range of optional units covering computer systems, networks and software as well as a unit which explores the impact of robotics within the industry.
