The Course

This eight-week introduction to barbering is designed to provide students with a basic understanding of the skills, knowledge, and techniques required to begin a career in the industry. Each week covers a combination of theory and practical sessions, offering hands-on experience in core barbering tasks.

The course is delivered in both classroom and salon environments, giving students a realistic insight into the profession. It serves as a taster of what to expect from the full Barbering VRQ Level 2 qualification, helping students to explore the field before committing to further study.
