How to apply

The Course

This course is designed for students who want to gain practical experience in using social media within a business or employment setting. You will learn how organisations use online platforms to present themselves professionally and communicate with a wider audience.

The course introduces key concepts such as selecting suitable social media platforms, understanding audience expectations and creating content that supports a clear business message. You will also be guided through simple ways to review online activity and recognise what makes content effective. In addition to digital skills, the course supports the development of communication, planning and confidence, helping students prepare for work-based learning and future employment.
