How to apply

The Course

Discover a unique two-week tailored learning experience that focuses on Easter baking. This professionally guided course allows adults to explore traditional techniques and create a classic Simnel cake as well as handmade chocolates. Expert instructors provide hands-on demonstrations and encourage creativity while building essential skills. You will craft seasonal treats that bring joy and festive flavor to your celebrations.

There are no entry requirements. This course is for students 19+.
There is a variety of short courses available that could allow you to explore another skill. You could progress on to Level 2 General Bakery and Patisserie or Level 2 Professional Cookery.

Funding for Adult Courses

You may see a fee attached to the course you’re interested in, but if you are 19+ there may be funding options available to cover the cost of your course.
