How to apply

The Course

This is a 3 week short course which will cover how to make fresh pasta and risotto from scratch.

If you would like to know how to perfect these classics this is a great course to learn all the basics. You’ll learn how to make pasta dough and shape into your favourites. You’ll also find out how to get the right consistency for risotto that you can add then adapt to different recipes.

There are no entry requirements. This course is for students 19+.
There is a variety of short courses available that could allow you to explore another skill. You could progress on to Level 2 General Bakery and Patisserie or Level 2 Professional Cookery.

Adults can enrol for FREE

You may see a fee attached to the course you’re interested in, but if you’re aged 19+ you’ll more than likely be eligible to enrol onto an adult course for FREE.
