How to apply

The Course

This course provides a comprehensive understanding of effective teamwork. Participants will learn the importance of working collaboratively as part of a team and develop strategies to overcome difficulties and personality clashes. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the skills needed to build and maintain effective working relationships, ensuring a productive and harmonious team environment.

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. This course is suitable for students aged 19+.

On completing this course students may wish to undertake a Leadership and Management course or another short course designed for adults.

The course fee shown is the co-funded rate which is only available for people living in the local authority areas of Cheshire West and Chester or Cheshire East. If you live outside of these local authorities please contact the College for fee information.
