This includes applications such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, NetBeans, Eclipse Android Development, SQL Express and Microsoft Visual Studio. It’s a supportive environment where you can explore new technologies, learn hands on and build practical skills for roles in areas like software development, IT support or cyber.
Studying Construction can lead to a wide range of career opportunities across the industry. You could progress onto a university degree or Higher Education course in areas such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Building Services, or move directly into skilled roles within trades, site management, surveying, or project support. With practical experience and industry knowledge, you will develop the skills employers are looking for and prepare for a successful career in construction.
