Hours: Full time, during the Enrolment period only (during August and September)

Location: Opportunities at all sites (Crewe, Ellesmere Port and Chester Campuses)

We are seeking Enrolment Assistants to join our team.  This is an excellent opportunity to support the College in the onboarding of new students during the exciting enrolment period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the accurate input and maintenance of student and enrolment details onto the student records system;
• To liaise with students and curriculum staff during the enrolment period to support awareness of College processes and to promote accuracy;
• To support other functions within the team as required, including assisting with; setting up rooms, meeting students, taking photos, form checks, clerical duties; and
• Promote the welfare of children and young people.

Key Person Specification Requirements:

• GCSE Grade C (4/5) or above in English and Maths (or equivalent);
• Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment;
• Attention to detail;
• Excellent organisational skills; and
• Appropriate level of digital literacy.
