We can’t wait to welcome you to our College community this September! The final step in your application journey is to visit us on Campus and complete your course enrolment. Once you’ve enrolled, your place will be secured and you’ll officially become a Cheshire College student

Haven’t received your invitation or need to change your appointment? No problem, just contact our friendly Admissions Team at admissions@ccsw.ac.uk, and we’ll be happy to help.
If you’re joining us on an adult part-time course, you don’t need to attend at a specific appointment time. Simply visit us during one of our adult part-time enrolment days and complete your enrolment at any point during the advertised enrolment time slot.
We look forward to welcoming you to College and helping you get ready for the start of your course!

The first and most important thing to remember is that you are more than your grades and your future is what you make of it. If your results aren’t what you were expecting, we’ll be here for you on Campus to provide support and discuss your next steps.
Our advice would be not to panic and to still attend your enrolment appointment as planned. Whilst you are on Campus our friendly Admissions Team, Careers Team, and course lecturers can provide tailored advice and suggest suitable alternatives if you’re not able to enrol on your chosen course as planned. This could be enrolling on a lower level to begin with (e.g. Level 2 instead of Level 3) or enrolling on an alternative course that is well suited to your strengths and goals.
We recommend allowing up to one hour to complete your enrolment on Campus. However, the process may take a little more or less time depending on your individual circumstances.
There are several steps to the enrolment process, so please make sure you have enough time to complete each step. Our aim is to make sure you leave enrolment feeling confident, prepared, and ready to start your chosen course.
Enrolment is also a great opportunity to ask questions and find out more about the support available to you. Our additional support teams, including Learning Support, Careers, and Financial Support, will be on hand to provide advice and answer any questions you may have.
Apply for financial support
Apply for FREE transport (students aged 16-18 only)
Order kit or uniform for your chosen course (for example, Sports, Travel & Tourism, Uniformed Protective Services, Hospitality & Catering)
Don’t worry if you’re unable to attend your allocated enrolment appointment. Simply email us at admissions@ccsw.ac.uk, and we’ll arrange an alternative time for you to come in and complete your enrolment.
We understand that plans can change, and our team is here to support you every step of the way. Please remember that adult part-time students will not have a set enrolment appointment and can come in and complete their enrolment during any adult part-time enrolment session.
You may see a fee attached to the course you’re interested in, but if you are 19+ there may be funding options available to cover the cost of your course.
