Crewe and Ellesmere Port Campuses and are open for reservations.
Cheshire College’s highly trained Hospitality and Catering students, alongside their teachers, create and serve fine dining dishes using locally sourced produce from Cheshire and on the Wirral. From a la carte menus to gin tasting events to gourmet evenings with well-known chefs such as Damien Wagner, Stuart Collins & Luke Thomas, there’s something for everyone at The Academy Restaurants, so come and dine with our award-winning Young Restaurant Team of the Year.
Inspired in design by Manchester’s famous Northern Quarter, our award-winning Academy Restaurant at our Crewe Campus holds several industry accreditations, including a Highly Commended College Rosette from AA Hotel Services and a Gold Accreditation & Centre of Excellence for Food & Beverage Service from People First.
The award-winning restaurant based at our Ellesmere Port Campus provides the perfect environment for a unique fine dining experience.
You may see a fee attached to the course you’re interested in, but if you are 19+ there may be funding options available to cover the cost of your course.
