Salary: £18,329 (pro rata per annum)

Location: Ellesmere Port Campus

We are seeking a Catering and Retail Assistant to join our team, the role will predominantly be based at the Ellesmere Port Campus with the flexibility of working at our other campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food preparation for sale to customers;
• Ensuring all kitchen equipment is clean and fit for purpose;
• Undertaking online stock orders; and
• Promote the welfare of children and young people.

Key Person Specification Requirements:

• GCSE Grade C (4/5) in Maths and English or equivalent(or willingness to work towards); 
• Level 2 qualification in a relevant subject area (or willingness to work towards);
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to work towards);
• Experience in the Hospitality and Catering sector;
• Experience of cashing up (desirable); and
• Enhanced DBS check.
