IT skills are required by almost all companies and workplaces around the country. 77% of all job adverts and Apprenticeships up to Level 2 stated that qualifications in baseline digital skills were a requirement to apply for the roles. This rises to 85% for specific digital skills qualifications at Level 3 and 4, so gaining digital skills can open doors to many careers in a wide range of industries.

Our IT courses will enable you to become competent in using a variety of software packages that will give you the skills to work in roles such as Office Assistant, Secretary, Personal Assistant and Admin Assistant. Many organisations and employers, such as the NHS, will require you to hold recognised IT qualifications for administration or secretarial positions.

We have various levels of IT qualifications that can introduce you to using IT applications and bring your skills up to a level where you can progress into an IT Apprenticeship or employment in an IT-related role.
