Request a Call Back or a Campus Tour

We are delighted to be able to offer those who are interested in applying to the College or who have already applied and will be joining us in September 2021, a telephone call back or campus tour with a member of our Marketing and School Partnerships Team.

The aim of the Call Backs and Campus Tours* is to help alleviate any anxieties that you might have about coming to College by answering any questions that you might have about your next steps, as well as providing you with the opportunity to visit the campus where you will be studying at.

*Please note that due to a significant amount of interest and following government guidelines, we are offering campus tours in small groups of 6 (one pupil and one parent/guardian) plus one member of College staff.

If you would like to request a Call Back or a Campus Tour, please complete a short form here. Once you have registered your interest, someone from the Marketing and School Partnerships Team will contact you within two working days.

Covid safety measures

The safety of visitors, learners and staff is our upmost priority, therefore we have put the following procedures in place to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable visit:

  • Tour numbers are capped to comply with safety regulations and tours will be conducted outside of College term time
  • Social distancing must be adhered to at all times
  • We will record your name and contact details for track and trace purposes
  • Hand sanitising stations are located around the campus
  • Face covering is required (unless exempt)
  • Visitors are asked to take a lateral flow test prior to arrival and if the results are positive then please do not visit the campus
  • If you or your child develops COVID symptoms then please contact the Marketing and Schools Partnership Team to rearrange your visit
  • You will enter the College through our Thermal Imaging Cameras which will record your temperature on arrival

We continue to monitor government guidelines and will notify you of any changes.

Please call 01244 656555 or email marketing@ccsw.ac.uk to ask any questions or for further information.
