On this course you will create a variety of dishes using different techniques ingredients. this will include producing dishes using boiling, poaching and steaming, such as simple soups, vegetables, fruit-based and fish dishes.
You will learn basic knife skills, and use of kitchen equipment whilst working safely and hygienically.
