Work-Based Courses for Adults
At Cheshire College, we partner with Jobcentre Plus to provide short work-based learning courses to give adults the opportunity to retrain, upskill or return to work. Being assessed in the workplace and with distance learning, this helps us offer a flexible approach to work-based education.
Cheshire College’s short work-based learning courses are designed for adults in the local community who want to get back into employment or wish to change the direction of their career. Many of our courses are distance learning or are assessed in the workplace. Designed in collaboration with Jobcentre Plus, the courses we offer bring together experts from a variety of industries to offer personalised services, providing all the support, learning and skills needed to move into, and excel in, sustained employment.
