Work Experience

Work Experience Placements give our learners practical experience directly related to their course, helping prepare them for the world of work.

Employers play a key role in creating opportunities for young people in the local community at the start of their careers to develop their technical and employability skills and build confidence.

Work Experience placements can bring many benefits from a fresh perspective to a workforce for the future, including:

  • Gain a fresh and insightful perspective on your company
  • Attract your future talent pool or apprentices
  • Improve your corporate social responsibility
  • Provide CPD and mentoring/line mentoring opportunities to your staff
  • Promote workforce diversity

If you are interested in offering a Work Experience Placement please contact our Work Experience Team by emailing workexperience@ccsw.ac.uk or call 01270 654654 (Crewe) / 01244 656555 (Ellesmere Port and Chester).
