Senior Building Services Officer

 Salary: £20,066 – £22,424 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Crewe Campus

 We are seeking a Senior Building Services Officer to join our team at our Crewe Campus.  This is an excellent opportunity to support in the provision of a quality support service for learners, visitors, customers and staff.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Support fully always the College’s values, aims and objectives;
  • Supervise the College’s building services staff on a day-to-day basis;
  • Supervise external contractors to ensure that they are providing value for money and high levels of work quality;
  • Co-ordinate planned preventative maintenance systems and remedial works in line with budget allocation; and
  • Promote the welfare of children and young people.

Key Person Specification Requirements:

  • Level 2 qualification in a building trade, or equivalent;
  • GCSE Grade C (4/5) or above in English and Maths;
  • Relevant experience of supervising maintenance work;
  • Relevant experience in a property/built environment related discipline;
  • Good organisational skills; and
  • Appropriate level of digital literacy.

Crewe Campus
