Level 3 Professional Cookery

“I chose to study here because I came to visit the College in Year 9 with my school and fell in love with the kitchens! Coming to College has given me so many opportunities, such as entering competitions and travelling around the country, getting to experience different kitchens and styles of cooking. I’ve found the College to be very supportive and I’ve gained confidence from the work and experience it has offered. If I could give any advice to future students, it would be just do your very best because the best is all that you can give. My goal for the future it to work in a fine-dining kitchen or hotel and travel the world.”
