Search for your course online, complete an online enquiry and we will call you back to complete your enrolment and take payment. Or come along to one of our enrolment events:

• Crewe & Chester Campuses: 4:30-6:30pm, 11 January 2022
• Ellesmere Port Campus: 4:30-6:30pm, 13 January 2022

Fee Information

Fees shown on part-time courses are the fees you can expect to pay if you are eligible for the reduced rate. Your eligibility for the reduced rate is dependent on your circumstances, please see below. There may also be additional fees due for course materials and course registration. You will be informed of what these are before you complete your enrolment. If you are eligible for reduced fees, you will need to provide evidence of this by emailing a scan to us or bringing copies into the College.

Your course may be FREE if you are:
• Aged 16-18 years
• Aged 19+ (subject to eligibility) and earning less than £17,374.50 per year studying on Level 1 or Level 2 courses
• Aged 19-23 years and studying for your first full Level 2 or full Level 3 qualification


If your employer has agreed to pay your fees, you will need written confirmation from your employer when you enrol.

Advanced Learner Loans

If you wish to apply for an Advanced Learner Loan to pay for your course, you should request a learning and funding letter from our Bursary Team by emailing bursary@ccsw.ac.uk. This letter is required by the Student Loans Company to process your application.

National Skills Fund

The government has announced new funding for adult learners, offering you the opportunity to retrain, gaining in-demand skills, for FREE! 

Any adult aged 19 and over who wants to achieve their first full level 3 qualification, which is equivalent to an advanced technical certificate or diploma, or 2 full A levels, will be able to access hundreds of fully-funded courses. 

Courses will be available in a variety of lengths, to support adults to get the skills they need to boost their careers.

Our FREE* English and maths courses are ideal if you are wanting to improve your English and maths skills or gain a qualification.

Motor Vehicle

Electric & Hybrid Vehicle – Theory and Isolation IMI Award Level 3

The current Government agenda and commitment to alternative fuel technology is at the forefront of vehicle manufacturers design production. Technicians that do not hold the relevant qualifications will not be allowed to carry out the relevant servicing and maintenance of electric and hybrid vehicles. Skills in the Workplace

Our Skills in the Workplace courses are ideal if you work in health, caring and customer-facing professions or in team leading or supervisory positions. The majority of courses can be studied through online learning and lead to qualifications that are recognised by employers. They are designed to support you in performing your job role more effectively and may even help
you to gain a promotion! You may be eligible for FREE course fees depending on your circumstances or current earnings.
