How to apply

The Course

This course explores managing behaviour that causes harm to the individual or others, or prevents the individual from fulfilling some aspect of their life, such as education, work or relationships. The course covers effective communication and the management of behaviour that challenges, assertive and aggressive behaviour and how to support positive behaviour.

This course has the following study options:

  • Paper-based learning and assessment
  • A combination of online and paper-based learning and assessment

There are no formal entry requirements for this course. However, a good level of Englsih and a reasonable level of IT skills are required.

Adults can enrol for FREE

You may see a fee attached to the course you’re interested in, but if you’re aged 19+ you’ll more than likely be eligible to enrol onto an adult course for FREE.
