This course is suitable for anyone wishing to progress within the beauty industry. You will learn about health and safety, promoting products and services, body massage, pre-blended aromatherapy, hot stone therapy, sauna, steam and hydrotherapy treatments, body wrapping, flotation treatments and the planning and implementation of promotional activities.
NVQ Beauty Therapy Level 2 or equivalent. All applicants will be interviewed and a place will be offered subject to a pre-entry exam.
Further training in Beauty Therapy or in complementary therapies. Employment in salons, spas and cruise ships. Progression to Foundation degree courses in Complimentary Therapeutic Practices for Health and Wellbeing.
