Professional Cookery (Prep and Cooking) Diploma – Level 3 – C&G


Are you our next Masterchef? This course will give you the skills and confidence you need to pursue a career as a Senior Chef or progress on to university. You’ll learn how to create a diverse range of fine dishes to a high standard and discover the secrets behind creating delicious sauces. At this level you’ll be given the opportunity to enhance your supervisory skills by overseeing the Chef Assistants in the College kitchens during food preparation.

Five GCSE’s at Grade 4 (C) or above including Maths and English. Level 3 students who do not achieve a grade 4 in English and/or Maths will study a GCSE in the subject(s) as part of their study programme.

This, combined with the opportunity to provide catering at large corporate events, will help you build your CV and increase your employability.
