This course is aimed at chefs and pastry chefs wishing to further develop their skills and creative ability or as a progression from a Levl 2 professional cookery qualification.

The Level 3 Patisserie and Confectionery enables you to gain a job-ready qualification. This qualification will prepare you with the required attributes, skills, knowledge and understanding needed to perform in a successful restaurant, hotel or bakery.

Five GCSE’s at Grade 4 (C) or above including Maths and English. Level 3 students who do not achieve a grade 4 in English and/or Maths will study a GCSE in the subject(s) as part of their study programme.

Gain skilled employment or use the qualification to access a Higher National Diploma.
