High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) & Padwork Level 2 (Part Time)


The aim of this qualification is to train learners, who already have knowledge and skills in fitness instruction to deliver 20-30 minute classes that are designed to strengthen and tone core muscles to give a full body workout that maximises fat and calorie burning.

This course also involves padwork, a martial arts based approach to fitness that is extremely popular with clients who want to lose weight or build strength. From gyms to parks, this combat style of fitness training is suitable for anyone and anywhere, so it’s a great way for you to earn more and become more employable.
