Do you have a keen interest in cooking and how to make the most of your everyday ingredients? You do not need any prior experience just a desire to learn new things in a practical environment.

The course will cover basic food hygiene and safety Knife skills in the preparing and chopping of vegetables. You will cook a range of dishes using meat and poultry and you will learn techniques on how to present food on the plate.
