Gain a Level 2 Award in the serving of a range of hot and cold drinks for the modern café, including learning about their ingredients, calibration, use and maintenance of equipment, and how to provide great customer service.
You do not need any experience. You may already be working in the hospitality industry, but it is not a requirement to take this qualification. We recommend that you have access to an espresso machine and grinder in order to practice making drinks in your own time.
On completion of this qualification learners may wish to progress to Level 2 Professional Food and Beverage Service or Level 2 Diploma in Hospitality.
